I'm the first one to cry rat about overpriced cigars, but I like the Davidoff Double R...actually, the entire Grand Cru, Milenium and Special lines are to my liking. They're the cream of the crop in terms of appearance and construction but you'll pay dearly for it. I'm surprised no other manufacturer has tried to duplicate the combination of medium brown CT shade with a fuller-bodied all-Dominican filler blend. I guess Griffin Fuerte, Fonseca Serie F and Alec Bradley Havana Sun Grown are sort of similar but you'd never mistake one for a Double R.
