Getting cooler here in NYC and the northeast in general so it is BROWN LIQUOR time.

A Woodfird Reserve and a Don Carlos Double Robusto this evening.

What are you smoking and drinking this evening?

I think I am going to have a Rocky Patel Edge when I get home from work, accompanied by some Grey Goose on the rocks.

after three weeks of not smoking...

a padron delicias with two miller high lifes...not the top of the line selection, but i'm at that 'tired from a good weeks work, but still happy' point and it tastes great to me...

i keep telling myself i'm gonna buy a box of cubans...but that eight-thousand dollar watch and grad school keeps weighing on my mind as well...

and quite frankly, the only time i really loooovvvveeee smoking cubans is the night out with the guys at a pub... i can hold off and do singles.

Sox

i used to tell myself

Try some Flor De Oliva Bundles for a good cheapie.

I like the Drew Estates La Vieja Rothschild Luxo and the Outdoorsman's Reserve Robusto. They are are hard to beat for the price. I smoke them when I dont want to smoke a more expensive cigar. I always keep both in my humidor. I do like more expensive cigars better but I cant always afford to smoke more expensive cigars and there are times when a cheap cigar is better. Like I said for the cost they are hard to beat.

A nicely aged Ashton Puro Sol Double C (given the time, I will ALWAYS choose a bigger cigar over a smaller one) and a few beers....loved this cigar....going to need to get more.....

Wonderful night in Florida, smoked a Davidoff Special R going into work today and a H. Upmann Vintage Cam. this evening over a nice bottle of wine and an evening out at a local night club. Getting ready to refill the blazer and ignite a Pardon 26 Maduro as i finish the paper.

Have a good weeked all and Doc!
