Good evening, I hope everyone is well.

Tonight I had two La Aroma de Cubas’ back-to-back to see if there were any flavor differences between the thicker Pyramid (6 1/8 x50) and the thinner Cetros (6.5x44). The Cetros won with a better burn and the same, if not better, flavor profile. All this because I’m ordering another box of these so they can rest awhile before I start smoking them.

I just finihed a Remedios Flor Fina 92 with a cup of good coffee, my wife and my Border Collie and German Shepherd on the back deck. We watched the sun go down while we sat on the swing together.

I really like those Remedios. They are Nicaraguan ( I believe) and go well with a good coffee. Mellow smoke.

My favorite coffee smokes are the Fuente Brevas Royale, Remedios Flor Fina 92 and the Rocky Patel Old World Reserve. All three are god mellow smokes that compliment coffee really well ( and vice versa)

GONZO !!!

I am a maduro fan. From inexpensive to reasonable to more expensive, I would go with:
1) Flor de Oliva Maduro
2) Padron Maduro
3) Ashton Aged Maduro

Tonight it is a 5 Vegas Classic Robusto with dinner out on the patio, enjoying a breezy, beautiful night in Nebraska.
