how unfortunate for you!

This was b-4 my time, but always was fascinated with the 60's culture

"Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua and Cuba. The wrapper would be from Cuba. The binder leaves would be from Nicaragua. For the ligero tobacco in the filler, he would use two types, one from Esteli and the other from Jalapa in Nicaragua. The other filler components, seco and viso, would come from Cuba, the former from Villa Clara, the latter from Pinar del Rio. That Cigar, he says with pride, would score 100 points."

Yes, indeed. Our country is nothing like it used to be, from what I've heard from those who lived back then.

Yes the 60's were a simpler time, when everything was pure and honest. Kind of like fuzzy puppies and cute little doggies.

And the Russian's were like the Taliban with a massive MERVE intercontinental nuclear arsenal, and the Tsar 500 Mg tonne Earth killer bomb, threatening to gobble up the West and enslave our blond women. And half of my father's siblings (4 to be exact) had their brains fried by acid and other chemicals while at the various universities in Southern California (CalTech) and British Columbia (UBC).

Ahh, I long for the simpler times.

I am pretty sure the cigars are better today. And the Single Malts too. And my carbon fibre Cervelo bike with clipless pedals and aero carbon wheels weighing in at 15 lbs, is a real Godsend. And the Italian Campy carbon/titanium group set sure as hell beats anything from the 60's, as they had 5 speed bikes at best weighing in at 30 lbs. And the internet and Web 2.0 social media really rocks.

Come to think of it I cannot wait for 2020!

Good Video, was born in 1960. I thought it was going to gloss over much of the Civil unrest that took place, it does not. I remember on Sunday evenings how my father a College student at that time, would take over the one TV we had, to watch Gunsmoke.

Now me and my kids with 3 TV's, Hd and all, flip the channels looking for something to watch.
