Sounds like an odd question, but i have a friend visiting spain right now, i havent been able to talk to him much since hes been over tehre, and hes not really a cigar guy. But if cigars are cheaper over there, i would really like to have him bring back a box or two. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Cigars actually seem to be cheaper in Spain than in e.g. Canada, but advise yur friend to make a purchase in a legit shop as fakes can be bought almost everywhere.

When I was in Barcelona a few years ago Cuban cigars were everywhere, but as Thion said, lots of fakes.

I bought several boxes at the Duty Free shop, took them on my trip.

Watch out for US Customs at the airport because they have been very diligent lately.

as you talk about dillignet customs officers, I hope they weren`t too dilligent on you... If all else fails, throw away the tubes and remove the rings.
