The tubes are usually not very thick except at the end where the cap threads are. Grab some tin shears and a set of leather gloves, carefully cut the end past the threads, and then "peel" away the tube as gently as you can until you get past the dent and can easily remove the cigar.

cut the ends off and smoke it in the tube. Let us know how it turns out!  J/K I'd use mu 4 1/2" side grinder with a 30 grit pad. Go down one side, slowly so as not to generate too much heat, then the other side.
