...I bought my wife a few boxes of the "mini" AL Capones a few days ago only to open the box and discover that beetles(?) had tunneled through them. I still have the cigars but am considering returning them and getting my money back. Has anyone else had to deal with this?

Yes, this happens more often in the warm weather.

Return the box of cigars and in the future try to keep your cigars cooler in the summer.

I use a Haier wine cooler for summer storage of my cigars.
