An interesting Saturday in my office today. I never seem to have two patients with the same illenss, but today I had 2 patients with the same NAME and they were neither related nor knew that the other one had the same name. (and they were not Jim Smith either)
Home at last with my usual Tanqueray martini with 4-queen olives, a plate of pepperoni and cheese and of course an Opus X Super Belicoso.
Have a good Saturday evening.

Hope you have a great evening. I started the day with an IT Super Fuerte Natural Robusto and later had an IT Cameroon legend. Right now having a mint julip as we are waiting the 134 running of the Kentucky Derby. Have a great weekend.

Hi Doc. Sometimes life gives stranger things than one might read in fiction... I guess you've gotta number them or something as to not to confuse them later.
As I already told about tonight, I had an awesome AF Untold Story Maduro (thanks a lot, CP), then Monte No.4 and finally a CAO Cameroon Petite cigarillo.

I just finished off a RP ITC 10th Churchill.. What an AMAZING smoke. I absolutely love this one.. Toasty, with hints of caramel, coffee, vanilla, and a slight bourbon taste on the finish. My inexperienced palate would give this one a 95.

Started the morning with my usual H.Upmann VC PC. I then had a ITC 10th anniversary robusto later in the afternoon. I agree, very nice. Followed that up with a fantastic Vegas Cubanas by Pepin. Churchill size. Amazing smoke.
started my day with a Cruz Real (Rocky Patel of brand) Robusto, nice smoke
then this afternoon after a full day of chores. A Bundle stick from Hounduras, that I got from Famous. Too windy for something too nice, so these did the trick.
Hi guys we had a suprise birthday for Mom today she's the big 88 and still has my kidding attitude. I had a CAO Black Label and after dinner had a Sancho Panza. Hitting the links Sunday.

Earlier today I had a la gloria cubana series #4, now about to light up a Padron '64 maduro torpedo along with some lagavulin, have a great night everyone.
I changed my mind again. I smoked my first camacho 10th anniv. It was nice. Consistant from start to finish. Very smooth. I tasted ginger (reminded me of ginger snap cookies ).
Hey Doc, I had an Opus-X and I thought a great pair with that cigar was some Apple Cidar. I dont know if you like it or not, but if you are ever in the mood to try something new, I highly recommend this combo. The spicyness of the Apple Cidar really brings out the spicyness of the cigar really well. I only say this because that is what I am having now and it is tremendous.

Started the night with an Arturo Fuente Double Chateau Sun Grown. It was terribly flat. By far the worst Fuente Sun Grown I have ever smoked. I subsequently pulled out a Coronado which more than made up for it.
