(long time looker, first time poster)

I just recently bought some Gurkha Platinum churchills and I'm wondering how I should store them. I’ve got a 300 ct humidor and no back up. I know that you aren’t supposed to store flavored sticks with regular cigars, or at least that it’s a bad idea. The cigars are infused with cognac so does this make them flavored (I'm guessing yes)? They are all in separate glass tubes so I was also wondering if they really needed to go in the humidor in the first place if the seal is good.

Just trying to keep them fresh without ruining my other investments.

Just leave them in the tubos with the seal intact.

You are correct. If you place infused cigars in your humidor the other cigars will pick up the aroma and flavor of the infused cigars as will your humidor.

If you can smell the cognac through the tubo, place them in a ZipLock bag and not in your humidor.

I was in Hawaii a few years ago and I saw some Hula Girl cigars in glass tubes. You could smell the flavors of the cigars right through the glass.
