I usually do not use cigar.com, as I feel their cigars are very overpriced. However, I recently purchased a box of Rocky Patel Sungrowns and found the cigars were damaged. I also get cigar of the month from them and find those cigars are often damaged. I called the company and found them very unhelpful. Has anyone else had a problem with the company.

Yes. Those are the exact reasons why I no longer do business with them. I received a cigar with a wrapper split open and spilling tobacco out, emailed them and explained. They emailed me back saying a replacement was on it's way. Needless to say it never showed up. Their COTM is a joke, they send all the singles that they cannot sell otherwise. It was a disappointment and a learning experience, they are overpriced and for no good reason at all.

I had good experiences with them a couple years ago, but now i realize they are overpriced and they have a lack luster selection.

I've never ordered from them. Usually, I go there to check out pictures of different brands.

Same here, which is why I just get mine from the local cigar shop.

I agree with Boknows, I've pretty much decided it's not worth getting a fake cigar or one that is broken to get a lower price. Im going to stick to my local cigar shop L.J Perities in Boston and jrcigars, which is the only online cigar store I trust.
