5 year old Opus-X no. 2.

OMG, like smoking a perfectly made cedar box.
Perfect draw, perfect white ash, perfect night and a nearly perfect moon. Sitting on the back porch with a temp of 65, light breeze, some McAllen 12 year, and my faithful 12 year old standard poodle by my side. My wife refuses to breathe the smoke...lol.

Getting ready to grill some sweet little filets with some fresh white corn, grilled portobellos, sweet potato fries and a fresh green salad with avacado and hearts of palm.

A Fuente 8-5-8 maduro at the local shop this afternoon... Has to be one of the best $5 cigars going...

I had a Joya de Nicaragua Antano Rubusto after work and a Torano Signature Torpedo after a nice dinner at Bonefish Grill with my wife and daughter before she goes back to college.

First, a Romeo Y Julieta Vintage V, which turned out to be plugged and just too much effort to smoke, so I pitched it. Second, a Romeo Y Julieta Aniversario Robusto, which surprised me as it did not seem to give the kick that I've experienced from the Aniversario churchill.

Tonight I had a FDO Maduro with some chinese food. The cigar had a perfect white ash but it cracked a little on the wrapper about 3/4 of the way through it so I pitched the rest of it before it all fell apart. I wish this cigar hadn't fallen apart as I was really enjoying the flavor of it. I am really starting to like these as a cheap everyday smoke.

A Joya de Nic. Gran Consul Antano, an Hoyo de M. Robusto before that, two others earlier in the day.

A mid-day Partagas Aristocrat, then a stop at the lounge on the way home to enjoy a fantastic Vegas Robaina Unicos. Finished up with a Camacho Negro robbie in the evening.
