You know what would be weird? If we could get Ricky Williams to stop puffing on that hippie lettuce and eating tofu long enough to gain a couple rushing yards. Come on Rick we need ya' you crazy b@st@rd!

GO SEAHAWKS! WOOO-HOOOOOO! HAWKS! HAWKS! HAWKS! HAWKS! ON OUR WAY TO THE SUPER BOWL BABY! YEAH!
Ok, now that I have that out of my system... The Seahawks are good at home. 13-3 in the last 2 years. 2 of the 3 losses were to the rams
We need to get it done on the road, but we'll be a lot better than people think. Did you see us shut down Vick? Suprised the hell out of me.
Tampa Bay will be good this year. They have a good defense and rookie running back. Griese just needs to protect the ball.
The 0-2 Vikins is what suprises me. Not so much that they are 0-2, but how they have lost. Man, they have gotten beaten like a rented mule!
New England will recover. They are still trying to find their groove after losing both of their coordinators. The Panthers are picked to go to the Super Bowl by many many people.
The Bears just got lucky. The Bengals are the real deal. The Texans are the worst team in football, followed closely by San Fran and Miami. I hate the friggin Rams, because they will have 2 victories this year over the Seahawks which will be the difference in the NFC West and they will win it.
My Super Bowl picks: NE over Carolina. (Tempted to go with Pittsburgh but can't pick against NE until someone beats them in the playoffs)

A lot of surprises the past 2 weeks but for me, none more so than the Packers (my team...stinks) and the Vikes. As much as it pains me to say this, the Bears look like the real deal. Best defense and a workman-like offense, might be enough to take the NFC North.
I'm going to the Giants/Saints game tonight. Looking forward to it. Should be a little strange with the Katrina vibe. They're trying to put a N.O. atmosphere into the game since it's really a Saints home game.

I don't even know what two games the Vikings are going to win.

The Lions only got spanked because I flew my a** all the way the Chicago to watch them. With two Bears fans. 8 - 8 wins the division, how f'd up is that?
Lets see if the Lions are the real deal or if they are getting generous preseason votes of confidence. I hope they are the real deal...Lord knows its been long enough.
