I have an Eye of Round in the oven now , as soon as the internal temp hits 140 F it comes out of the oven & sits on the cutting board for about 9 minutes before I touch it with a knife , by then the internal temp hits 145 & the juice has had a chance to settle down, thin slices & a some roasted veggies go in the salad , a dressing of blue chees , Mayo & sour cream, all 2 ounces of each, with a touch of lime juice , the rest of the lime is in the iced tea I have a Camacho SLR ready for after we eat, as well as the coffee & port, by the time I am finished all the buddys will be drunk after the football game & I will be sitting down to a wonderful cigar & some great music, , I have a Maduro Masterpiece for tonights "Cigar Ride " with the wife, after we stop for a cup of coffee at the local shop its off to the back roads & look for the elusive white tail deer . Enjoy, Vince

Had a nice shredded beef, green chili and jack cheese burrito this afternoon while doing some work. Good hold-me-over until dinner.

People aren't smoking cigars to be trendy, cool or stylish. They're smoking cigars because they like them. Because they enjoy the experience. Because for about $5 they can spend an hour sampling one of life's greatest luxuries.
