Never. Why are you asking? Your post seems to imply that you are having problems. I think you need to clarify your statement/question.

I recently ordered a mini from him and in about another month or so I should be getting it. Bob has been nothing less than great. We corresponded by e-mail for about year, during which I asked him just about every question imagineable. He always answered promptly and helped me to decide on the cabinet that would best fit my needs. He is great to work with.

I have never had a problem with Bob and I have been dealing with him since 1999.

If he has not answered you e-mail, he might just be on vacation. I would give him at least a week.

I've corrosponded with him recently about an Aristocat and he's been very prompt, helpful and courteous. I should make a decision soon as the prices could go up by the end of June.

I didn't hear about a possible price increase. I'm glad I ordered when I did. Cool

All of you are right of course. He's nice, helpful, his products are excellent...but he's always late. In my case 8 months late!! This is my third purchase from him (I have two Aristocrat cabinet humidors - DX and Delta TD) and I ordered the upgrade (temp. control) for my old DX 8 months ago. So you understand that I'm a bit dissapointed. When I purchased my first cabinet humidor he was also 8 months late! So I was wondering if anyone of you had similar experience with him.

When I ordered my Mini he told me 6-8 weeks. It came in right at 7 weeks. So my only experience with him was when he was right on time to his promise date.

For the beautiful pieces of artwork that he makes, I would rather it take alittle more time than rush his work... It is, and was, well worth the wait.

Have you asked him why he is so behind? I would be curious to hear his side of the story.

Call him and find out the deal.

8 months? I find this extremely hard to believe. Everyone I know on this forum and other forums have gotten theirs within 8 weeks or so. Have you called Bob? What did he say? I just can't fathom Bob blowing someone off for 8 months.

Bob is a member of this forum and I was hoping he would tell his side of the story.

For the first time he did not answer my e-mails for 2 months. One of he's explanation was that he was busy building a humidor for president Bush. OK, vis maior, I understand that. But that was 4 months ago!

I don't want to go into this too deep here, I just wanted to know if someone of you had similar problems. Obviously not and it seems I'am an exception and I don't like that. End of the story.
