The liberals sure complain about the 1,000 military deaths in an 18 month WAR. Why doesn't the far left complain about the over 42,000 deaths from automobile crashes in the US EVERY YEAR? Isn't each life precious?

Ralph Nader's 1965 expose on the "designed-in dangers of the American automobile" was directly responsible for the passage of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966, the Highway Safety Act of 1966, and the creation of the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration.

So yeah, a liberal did complain about senseless loss of life on our nation's roads--almost forty years ago. We "complain" about senseless loss of life today.
