I posted a topic question on Non-Cuban cigars page that asked " Padron A 64 or Padron A 26. I think you would find it interesting.

Josue, having had a taste of the 1926 I would highly recommend it. Nice full body without being bitter, even burn and just all around great smoke. I hope to add a few to the humidor when I purchase/build one.

Josue...quite a contrast from several days ago when you were asking about flavored cigars Big Grin Big Grin

BTW....I think you will find that you will like the entire Padron line and the 1926 anniversary is definately tops from them with the 64 anniversary a close second. Highly recommended line of smokes Wink

Just thought I would chime in since you seem to be getting into the spirit of things. Curious, have you visited some of the cigar stores mentioned in your DFW thread by fellow posters yet? Lots of good shops to choose from.

I'd have to disagree with the new dad to be (baby yet, James? What cigars are you handing out? Smile), I prefer the 64 to 26, but both are great. The regular line is awesome value. You cannot go wrong with any of them, so my advice is to sample all of them, if you can.

O man.....I can easily flip a coin as to which one of those I want to smoke on any given day Big Grin Big Grin. The baby will be here just before new years...more than likely I will hand out some Flor de Oliva's since quite a few of my friends and family members aren't regular cigar smokers and pass out a few PAM 64's for a special few.

Yes JamesEIII i did go to one of the stores suggested to me I went to the store in downtown dallas. Wow what a big diffrence compared to the other store The humidor there is huge compared to the 5x6 humi at the mall. Thanks for the help guys. Oh and by the way today I had a Pardon 3000 and the Padron Aniversario 1926 I liked the 3000 better for some reason but both were great

i gotta say that both the 64 and the 26 were fantastic cigars, but the 64 had a more balanced flavor profile. the 26 was very spicy (big plus), but unfortunately that overshadowed the other flavors. it was stronger than the 64, but overall i found the 64 to be a more flavorful and balanced smoke. that being said, i have never had a bad padron, the 5000 mad is in my regular smoke lineun (and my favorite out of the k series, with the 6000 a close second).

Noob, and a FNG to boot!
