I don't think he can be quiet. After all, he's got almost THREE THOUSAND posts and he's only been registered since mid last year. besides, he's too busy calling everyone here stupid to be quiet.

Wow, I can't believe I posted. Anyway, I was around Niagra Falls Canada, which makes the American side of the falls look like garbage. Your side is all built up and has places to go and ours doesn't. Plus, your side has a lower drinking age Wink. Only bad part is beer is expensive over there. Geez, $4 a piece.

Nope, no way. I once smoked a CC when I was a drunk and didn't even know I was smoking it so it was a waste. I wait until I'm not drinking. Plus it's Canada and I'm not paying 20 freakin dollars for a run of the mill PC. Monte #4 for $20? Nah, too rich for my blood. If it was that much for an EL, sure, but not a regular production PC.

Does health insurance still pay for infant circumcision?

My dad told me during the Korean War the Army used to encourage circumsicion in soldiers. many took advantage of it as it was 3 days out of the line, although it was more painful to an adult than an infant.

If insurance did not pay for it it would stop almost overnight (except for religious reasons.

Circumcision is not covered by public health insurance in Canada, unless it is a medical necessity.

How common is it in Canada if insurance does not pay for it? May father was a proponent of it for health reasons but I cannot find anything for it on the web.

I woinder what the link to cervical cancer is and how the new vaccine affects it.

It varies from province to province -- anglo-saxons being seemingly more prone to it than franco-catholics. For example, in 1987, there was a circumcision rate of 3% in Quebec, compared to 38% in Ontario.

Right Sheep, quite a turn but thats how conversations go, never linear.

so it is still not the majority practice in Canada.
