Cool how many cigars do you think you will get out of your crop this year?

Are you planning on rolling any half 'gars? ....with so many people cutting there cigars in half these days, the half 'gar could have a hell of a following...

Badfish, you need to either maintain the humidity or lower the temp in your curing location. I hung mine in the basement to keep 'em cool and dry slower.
You need the leaves to turn yellow BEFORE they start to dry. This is the starches and phyto chemicals being converted to sugars and "flavors."
I would say that a garage in LA is too hot and dry. In tobacco producing country they have built-in environmental humidity, and so many leaves in a barn, they cure slowly.
