BTW-How do you know the man-made global warming theory to be fact?

I don't know that it is fact, and have always casted some doubts to the extent of man's responsibilty in it... However, the quantity and quality of arguments, data and analysis is on the side of man making a non-negligeable contribution to the unnatural accelaration of natural GW...

If CO2 was the root of the problem then we would have had lots of problems long ago, the major causes of CO2 are plant and animal decay and forest fires. humans are actually only responsible for 3% of CO2 in the atmosphere anyway. the sun and natural temperature trends are the biggest cause in temperature fluctuations on Earth right now

heres what the sun has done

Yes. The sun is getting bigger. And it is actually in a hot and unstable stage right now. But that doesn't mean that we should keep dumping CO2 into the atmosphere. Scientifically, it is not helping.

Show me all your data(if you have any), and then write me a 1000 page dissertation. Oh wait, are you qualified?

im not, but my professors are most certainly qualified to discuss this. one of my professors is one of 50 civil engineers called on by the US gov to examine the status of NO post katrina and is a very well respected civil engineer. it is his opinion that global warming is occurring, but humans are not the primary cause of the change. unless you are a scientist , your opinion means nothing in this conversation, but through taking classes dealing with climate change, i feel more qualified then many.

my prof, is he qualified?

I haven't taken classes on the subject? I don't know your professor from a hole in the wall. So I don't care.

I never said we were the primary cause of global warming. My point by this statement...

was this: Why stop improving emissions through technology when it will only benefit us in the long run?

So, the sunspots should be responsible for an increase in land temperature too?

That's the only point I made that could be disputed.

And I am still not 100% sold on the grossly exaggerated part. And I'm not talking about Al Gores point of view. He's a moron IMO. Bottom line, the most qualified and experienced scientist in the world can't prove this yet.
