I know I will not be able to have a cigar tomorrow because MrsDoc and I will be celebrating 39 years together and there is no way she is going to give me up for the evening so I am going to have my Satuday night smoke tonight.

An Opus Super Belicoso this evening.
Earlier I enjoyed some pepperoni and cheese and a Tanqueray and Tonic.
