Why do so many people, spend so much time finding ways to prove that "God-Hating" is a legitimate sport? ...And there is much "hate" in his speech. But that's between him and God..
How does a philosopher of the mind have any credibility theorizing over the Faith of the Soul?

"God is Literally what we would call a metaphor" I found this quote very interesting.
If your child said to you..."I do not believe in you...you are a Metaphor, and therefore you do not exists".
You would say..."Your on crack and your an idiot, get out of my house.."
This intellectual exercise of Academic Superiority is simple folly; A great example of what's wrong with Academia-you people can't even think straight.

I actually respect what a god can do for some people...personally I do not need it and don't like it when people tell me I do...but for those that need something like that in their lives...II think it serves a purpose...no matter my personal feelings on the silliness of it all.

Daniel Dennett is a philosopher. As for the "god-hater" labeling I was surprised because I had never heard or read the term "god-hater" before. Who coined this label?

Hey Hydragoat, what is with your posts against people who believe in God? I don't see any posts trying to convert people who don't believe on this board. Nor is it healthy to stand in judgement of anyone. What is the purpose?
