Tried a Jose L Piedra Brevas, out of a box of 5 that I picked up. Actually a nice smoke! Wasn't expecting much, so the surprise was very pleasant. Rickards Red to wash it all down
Second cigar of the night is a R y J reserve maduro Toro.

I had (finally, after putting up the Christmas tree) a Perdomo 2, in the little torbusto size. Not a bad smoke, a little spicy, with a fairly long finish. No adult beverages, though.

I tried an Onyx Churchill for the first time last night and really thought it was an excellent medium to full-bodied smoke. Very nicely priced as well. I think I'm in love (again).
