WOW! What a beautiful city. We had a great time. Now, for some important stuff...

1. FOR SAUL - 8 times over the weekend Wink

2. CUBAN CIGAR PRICES - DAMN! I was planning on buying a cuban or 2, but the prices were outragous. I visited 2 real shops, and then saw some Cohibas on "sale" at a mini mart for $30 a stick. They were cigarillo size too! Needles to say I didn't buy any.

3. NC CIGAR PRICES - DOUBLE DAMN! Holly middle man markup Batman! A Padron 3k Maduro for $16. Nuff said...

4. FOOD, DRINK, AND ENTERTAINMENT - Nothing spectacular, but we really only went to 2 or 3 spots. My Favorite was Irish Times, which had an amazing atmosphere (read: attractive waitresses). The live Celtic music was fun, and the drinks were good. I had a Martini and thought of you all.

5. SIGHTSEEING - Unbelievable. The Butchart Gardens are a must, and the downtown architecture is breathtaking. We also walked along a rocky beach, and visited several nice parks. I got to see my first game of Cricket being played in a park too! The lit up Parliament building at night was also very cool.

6. EXCHANGE RATE - God bless the Queen!

SO in summary, if you haven't been to Victoria, its a very nice town thats very friendly with a lot of great sights. Perfect for a laid back weekend, just bring your own cigars.

Not sure, I smoked in Goodfella's smoking room and outside while walking around and didnt have any issues. They did mention that there are almost no restaurants that allow cigar smoking in Victoria. There are some with outdoor patios that will but not a lot of them.
