HOW DOES IT COMPARE IN STRENGTH TO A PADRON ANNIVERSAIRO 1964 MADURO OR A FUENTE ANEJO

i havent had either the padron or anejo, but i can tell you they are a very good cigar in their own right. little pricy but i could pull the trigger if i found a box in the 100-120 range.

I personally found to be a bit harsh.. Good flavors, but harsh. I MUCH prefer the 601 Green label figurado. Strong, but very nice flavors.

601 Box Pressed Maduro can be a very excellent smoke. It's not as strong as the Padrons at all. It's medium-full with a sweetness that tones down the strength. I've smoked a ton of them and haven't experience anything harsh about them; all Nicaraguan rolled by Don Pepin if that helps. I can get boxes for around 129-149 depending on sizes.
