I like the Cohiba's. Actually a year or so ago that is how I got my Xikar. The Cohibas usually sell for 9 or 10 bucks a piece for the robusto. They are one of my favorites.
Loved my Xikar at first but now it sort of sticks when I hit the button to open it rather then snapping open like it used to. Is it worth it to send it back or just buy a new one?

I have been using the shop's Xikar cutter while mine is sent away. It sees a lot of action and gets gummed up at times. Typically, a blast of compressed air and some light oil should get it back to working order.
If not, send them an e-mail, they will take care of you.

Mail it back, they will send you a brand new one. My local shop, where my wife bought mine, will ship it back for me.

Have you EVER oiled it? It does say right in the manual that you're supposed to oil them. If you have, then like (I believe) Ruger said, send it in and get a new one .
