Can any-one recommend a good place to buy smokes on Long Island, preferably Suffolk county? I've got one good place right down the road, great selection, the prices are inflated though. Thanks in advance.

Where do you shop now? There is a place called Goodfellas. It's in Medford. The EVP can tell you more about it. Also, there is a shop on Larkfield road in Northport. I forgot the name though.

I like "Blue Train Tobacco" a.k.a. "The Cigar Shop" in East Hampton. The owner really tries to offer cigars that are often difficult to find.

There is a Smoke Shop in Mt. Sinai... maybe that is the Jim's you are refering too? Is it next to Benten Japanese and another Chinese rest.? Sorry I can't remember the name...
If that is the place, they have an impressive selection for a LI Suffolk County Shop. Better than most with a good mix of some harder to find labels at reasonable (Long Island that is) prices. I don't think you can do much better in the local area. If it is a different place, then I suggest looking up that Mt. Sinai cigar store.
If you head to NYC, there are a fair # of good stores. I like Barclay Rex (if you are looking for Padron 64/26/80th/40th, I saw virtually every stick there in Natural and Maduro the other week and a lot of other popular smokes). Good prices on their stuff too. I think they can do mail order.
Yes Mt. Sinai is what I meant not miller place. Jim's is the place you speak of. Selection is really good, plus you can smoke there. I was just hoping for some place cheaper, looks like I'll have to leave the island/state for that! Thanks for all the help.

Goodfella's, is my "go-to" B&M. They're a bit higher priced on somethings but that's because they are just starting out. The owners, Joe and Bobby, are great guys. Their wives usualy work during the day and Tim (part-time)is sometimes there at night. Tell them you heard about them from CA and tell them Pete sent you. You won't get any discounts for that but it'll make me look good! Let me know when you are going down there and I'll meet you for a smoke if I'm not doing anything. Just don't sit in the seat by the coffee maker or I'll have to come boot you out of it! :-)

Mom: "Twenty dollars for a cigar?!?! Why don't you just set fire to a $20 bill?"
Response: "Get a $20 bill to taste like a Davidoff and I'll light my entire paycheck on fire!"
