Saw a bunch of them at Nassau Coliseum during the summer of 88.
Eric B & Rakim Headlined, they had just released
"Follow the Leader"
Also performing. B.D.P, Biz Markie, Doug E Fresh
Big Daddy Kane, Kool Mo Dee an a few others.
I also saw 3rd Base many years later in Westchester.
I agree, Nothing compares to old school Hip Hop.

Been 50 for some 358 days or so. For my upcoming birthday present and celebration I received 2 modified nerf guns that shoot nerf darts an easy 80 feet. I embarass my kids. They think I'm 50 going on 6. Smile
