I'm in the middle east right now smoking cubans, Cohiba, Romeo & Jul.,Upmann...ect. I was looking at an american cigar magazine and I see the same exact name brands. Are these Cubans? If not is there non Cuban Cohiba's and Cuban Cohiba's? Sorry I don't get around too much.

There's a Dominican Cohiba too. I believe there is or was a lawsuit for the name infringement.

Yes you will the same names being used but the cigars are nothing alike. You can think of it as just a marketing thing for American consumers because it is against the law to buy cuban cigars in the USA.
