I just top my dogs with spicy brown mustard and sweet relish. Or REAL chile and shredded cheese.

Before I got sick, I used to go with Sabrett Red Onions and sourkraut but I can't have those anymore (or relish). Now I go with Chili and Cheese or just plain mustard and ketchup.

I'm not a huge hot dog fan, but I think my favorite is the slaw dog. Chili, onions, jalapenos (if you so desire), and cole slaw. Sounds kind of gross, but it's really good.

Ketchup on a hotdog is like maple syrup on a twinkie. Gross.

Yellow mustard and some sour condiment (relish, pickles, kraut). Tomatoes if they are good.
