I read through several posts about several of you purchasing and happy with the z-Plus lighter insert. I purchased one for my zippo and recieved it today. So of course i filled it up with butane. Colibri and then waited and gave it a try and Poof, nothing. I took it out of the zippo canister and it works, part time.

I was wondering if anyone else that used the Z-plus now or in the past has had this trouble. Any info would be great.

I've got a great cigar collection - it's actually not a collection, because that would imply I wasn't going to smoke every last one of 'em.

I think i figured it out. I noticed on the bottom of the Zippo gas canister there is a 1/2inch of padding. So i put about the same amount of padding under the Z-plus in the canister and whoosh, i got a torch.

I have one, I like it. It's not as efficient as a few triple flames that I have used but it doesn't cost as much either. It is small and I can take it anywhere. I hope you continue to enjoy yours.

I just like cigars, is that ok?
