Well guys it's 3.60 in Richmond, IN. Who thinks it'll be 4.00 by the end of summer?

No matter where you go or what you want to do....there will always be something or someone in the way.

All I can say is I'm glad I'm close to taking a job 10 minutes from home instead of 45! That will free up some money for smokey treats!

Right now just going from south side of Indy to north side of Indy, takes me 45 minutes! At least you'll be on the move the whole time and not sitting in traffic!

We've got nothing to complain about when it comes to traffic though!

February 28th press conference:

Q: What’s your advice to the average American who is hurting now, facing the prospect of $4 a gallon gasoline, a lot of people facing –
MR. BUSH: Wait, what did you just say? You’re predicting $4 a gallon gasoline?
Q: A number of analysts are predicting –
MR. BUSH: Oh, yeah?
Q: — $4 a gallon gasoline this spring when they reformulate.
MR. BUSH: That’s interesting. I hadn’t heard that

Although I know this was intended as a lash out for Bush. Quite interesting that they throw in the reformulation as being a part of the $4 a gallon. I wonder who we blame for that and the many other formulations that are required by different states that don't want a refinery in their back yards.

all his buddies are loading up their pockets before he leaves the office. in 1997-98 gas was 79 cents a gallon for awhile. in 2004 it was 30 dollars a barrel

"Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua and Cuba. The wrapper would be from Cuba. The binder leaves would be from Nicaragua. For the ligero tobacco in the filler, he would use two types, one from Esteli and the other from Jalapa in Nicaragua. The other filler components, seco and viso, would come from Cuba, the former from Villa Clara, the latter from Pinar del Rio. That Cigar, he says with pride, would score 100 points."

What our country really needs is for gasoline to reach $10 to $15 per gallon. This is the only way that people will do something to reduce their consumption. Otherwise, consumers in the USA (5% of world population & yet 25% of oil consumption) would continue to use gasoline until there isn't any fossil petroleum left. We need to change, and there's nothing like the free market & pricing to force the emergence of new technologies.

Oh, back to the topic...I just paid $4.29 9/10 per gallon of the cheapest grade here in San Francisco. Gasoline here is currently the highest in the nation (except maybe in Hawaii). And, by the way, the citizens of California pay the diffential cost of the gas that is reformulated so that we don't have to suffer with extreme air pollution.
