What about if there is an iron worker or an office worker?

I wonder why they single out miners?

Miners are singled out because they are exposed to enough hazards at their job. They are looking at expanding this law to include Taco Bell workers as well. Lord knows they have to breath enough toxic material their jobs.

Good one Doc!

I'm worried about the Strippers! Not bad enough that they are subjected to sexual harrassment and 'pole burn' night in and night out, then they have to worry about second hand smoke on their ride home (well maybe not to their home, but to A home Wink

BWAAAAAAAAHAAAAHAAAA!!!! Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

Doc's on a roll! Big Grin (probably sniffing his own laughing gas!)

On the subject at hand, leave it to California to lead the nation in dumb-ass laws! Any adult with half a brain would not smoke with a small child in the car. That being said, my dad smoked in the car the whole time I was growing up and I turned out ok! Razz Cool
