I believe he is trying to make a statement that it is a very important issue. Too bad he's pissed alot of people off with his method of notification as one post would have been enough.

He can still delete all the unuseful ones.

I don't mind signing, if it will help...but, I would think I needed to be resident of Santa Rosa, wouldn't I?

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is an important issue not just for Santa Rosa, but for other cities as well.
If we can set a precedent that these smoking ordinances are ridiculous, we can defeat the bans in many cities.
