Where were they shipped from? If it as humid in Michigan as it has been in NYC? Are they hard to the feel? I am certain that if you complain to the vendor they will replace them, most cigar vendors have a guarentee.

My opinion only:
If you are not happy with the cigars, speak to the vendor and explain to them why you want to return the cigars for exchange.
Most reputable vendors will send you a fresh set of replacements. Some will even tell you not to ship the bad ones back, and take your word that the cigars were substandard.
