Well, I'm glad I no longer have my "season" tickets to the Oaks and Derby. Per the CA homepage, Churchill Downs is no longer exempt from the "new" smoking ban.

Does anyone know if this applies to all areas of the property, including the Paddock?

If yes, I will never go again. What a shame to not be able to get dressed up in my seersucker, smoke a Hoyo de Monterrey Double Corona with a Mint Julep and enjoy the day's events ...

Hang on tightly, let go lightly

I read in the Louisville paper it only applies to the one enclosed bar that still permitted it. Outdoor seating areas, unenclosed areas, are not affected.
