As I started to come to grips with Mccain's loss and an overwhelming Democratic victory I decided to do the only rational thing. Light up a cigar and allow my anxiety, fear and despair to go up in smoke?
The question was, what do I smoke?
I chose to go with a Cohiba Siglo I that I have been saving for just such an occasion. I have never smoked a Cuban Cohiba before so I was very excited about this little stick.
As I opened my temporary travel humidor fashioned out of a couple of zip locks and a kitchen sponge my hands began to shake in expectation. Finally I was about to smoke a cigar made by the brand which is the legend of legends.
As I prepared to light my Cohiba I took my time looking at it.
It is a beutiful little stick. Nice dark wrapper. Perfect construction. The smell was very simular to my Monti 2's, but that could be because the little guy spent two weeks in zip lock with the bigger Montis.
As I light up, I immediately tasted mild earthiness, and as the little guy got fired up my pallet was filled with the taste of coffee. The cigar was smooth, had a reasonably good, although at times slightly tight draw. Mid way I tasted coca and more earthiness.
As I continued to smoke I was suprised at how heavy of a punch this little guy packed. Definatley full bodied.
I apologize if I have in the heat of the moment offended Obama supporters.
Today I will pray for his presidency, and I will ask God that He sends President Obama wisdom, strength and courage that he will most definatley need as he faces some tough challenges in his presidency.
God bless the USA.
God bless both McCain and Obama.
God bless the folks of this forum.
<3 you all.
Did i mention Bobby Jindal in 2012?

Hope there is no sarcasm in the post, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. I hope McCain supporters take to hear the great speech he gave last night, best speech he has made during this whole campaign if you ask me.

I did not, nor do I intend to listen to it. Neither did I listen to Obama, I really don't care much for empty words. Nor am I a McCain supporter. I voted for Romney in the primaries. However I do wish him well because I wish my country well. I really don't need anyone to give me "the benefit of the doubt" either.
I am a conservative. I make no apologies for that. I am not going to SUPPORT Obama's poclies I do not agree with, nor am I going to go after him for no reason like many libs did to Bush. At least not until he makes a decision that I believe is bad for my country. Than it's on again.
One thing I will say is he had better lay of the guns, and the fairness doctrine.
In conclusion. I hope and pray Obama does well. The country can not afford any slip ups.
