I do it with medium to high heat to get a nice crisp crust. I then put my sauce (very little) and toppings on and move to the side of the grill with no direct heat that melts the cheese and gets everything nice and warm. Of course, now that I am in a condo I can't have these things. No, I'm not bitter.

That was Friday night, but I couldn't figure out how to do the grilled cheese, so my wife made it.

I could make some killer ramen noodles in my drunken college days.

I cook dinner 5 times a week (maybe because I am a woman and live with my boyfriend). Today's he's sick and just wants premade Chicken Soup from Whole Foods (I will get some premade food too, not sure what until I get there).

Last night I cooked chicken simmered in white wine, white onions, carrots, celery, and garlic and White and Green Asparagus cooked in olive oil and garlic.

My wife cooked tonight. She doesn't cook very much. We had those fake Pork Riblet things with frozen Peas & Frozen Corn. Ne too tasty but, I did like having the day off from the kitchen though.

Tonight I made a strange variety of things. We had thinly sliced italian sausages, sauteed mushrooms, arugula salad with pine nuts, oranges, shaved reggiano and balsamic vinegar, roasted brussel sprouts, and a baby red potato and roasted red pepper salad. It was time to clean out the fridge.

Tonight I am making some crabbie patties. Those are crab cakes for you non-spongebob people. I've also got some bread dough rising right now.

PMP, that's sounding Oh-so-Good... We have an extra kid with us for the week, so that's 4 grubbers around the table. Solution? Chicken fajitas with tons of add-ins. Paper plates, ice cold grolsch blondes and we're done!

WOWEEEEE. The bread dough got turned into a cheesy flatbread. I rolled it out after an hour and did a second rise in the pan. Then I parbaked it and covered it with a little cheese and some olive oil. It came out like fluffy gooey soft chewy crusty chicago style pizza crust. Washed it down with a cold bass ale and now I am ready for a cigar.

Andy, you are serving grolsh blonde to 4 kids. Dang I wish you were my dad!
