And you're here in the middle of the night after all that drinking? (I woke up an hour ago and couldn't fall back asleep. Maybe trying to type will put me back to sleep.)

last night was some yummy leftovers - we made corned beef sandwiches (pan toasted on rye, swiss, corned beef and sauerkraut). just add a little brown mustard and you've got one heck of a nice sandwich

Ostrich is a red meat. Similar to a slightly sweet veal.

I made some garlic herb bread sticks and some chicken ravioli with brown butter and shaved parmesan reggiano. A mixed green salad with cherry tomatoes, gorgonzola, and pine nuts with a balsamic vinagrette. Now I just have to pack it all up so I can take it to work.

Tonight's dinner was a simple asian marinaded chicken, with fried rice and vegetables.

The marinade consisted of soy sauce, chinese and djion mustards, balsamic vinager, pepper and garlic.

Wife and baby loved it.

Andy, Yeah I'm working late again. Its only 10PM here and we have already seen 12 emergencies tonight. I just finally got a chance to eat dinner. After which I will probably be knee deep in work until well after closing. Out of 12 emergencies I probably have 8 that I admitted and haven't even touched yet. Oh well, at least the food is good.

You put it directly on the grille or do you put slates over them?
