Just lighting up a Punch Rare Corojo Double Corona. Summer is already in full "furnace blast" here in Florida, it hit 91 degrees the last few days. And just think, August isn't even here yet ):

Guess I will be smoking a Don Carlos Doble Robusto and drinking a Hennessy VSOP this evening.
Doc, just out of curiosity. Do you have "mooch" sticks or do you share your premiums? My wife always gets on me for handing out my good smokes but thats basicaly what I have. They are not the best of the best but I always have RyJ's, Punch and Monte Whites for friends. Every once in awhile I hand out a Padilla, Ashton or a Hemingway line. And on a very rare occasion CC's. I was thinking of stocking up on Fuente curly heads as its a cheap but mild smoke and thats what most of my "mooch" friends prefer, mildness. Just wondering what your "mooch" sticks are? Or anyone else for that matter.

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and wanted to say hi.
Tonight I had a G3 by Gurkha sitting here in the hotel room. Good smoke that has a lot of flavor.

Had my second J. Fuego at the local shop after dinner, the Elegante... These may become my new favorite semi-special-occasion cigars... Tonight, we celebrated Thursday Night!

Por Larranga PC and a Montecristo No. 4. Both very nice with Pinot Noir (salmon for dinner) then Corona. 85 during the day yet still 50s at night here. Nice, but pollen everywhere. I have two boxes of these MC4 from same factory same or one month apart and it is like they are two different blends, one box sublime with great, classic Montecristo flavors the others with basically none and totally unsatisfying right now. Will age and see how they turn out. I know all the stories about this cigar but is that unsual? Two boxes with such different flavor (and lack therof) characteristics?

Just finished a CAO MX2 Robusto. Excellent smoke. I was suprised to see it has a lower 80's rating (depending where you look, of course). I thought this was an excellent, full bodied smoke with tons of flavour. However, I am new to the non-Cuban cigars, so I am still developing my taste. One of my favourites so far, I'll be buying a box soon. Comparable to the Carlos Torano Signature Series Robusto (it seems I do prefer the Maduro wrappers, doesn't it?).
