Black-eyed Sally's in Hartford is featuring BBQ and cigars on Tuesday, 12 June at what is (I hope) their first annual Barbeque Cigar Dinner. Any of you CT area aficionados interested? Reservations are suggested (860-524-8577; www.blackeyedsallys.com). Sounds like a blast!

I found that, if you try to grill anything smaller than a "toro" it will tend to fall through the grates. I HATE when that happens. So no more petit coronas on the 'que...that's for sure. I only do toro and double corona. DEFINITELY cello off...guillotine cut...
