100 km/h in Quebec (roughly 60 mph) but they usually tolerate 120 km/h without giving you a ticket.

In New York City on certain stretched of highway it is 50.

Outside the city on some interstates it is 65.

In the city itself the speed limit is 30 if you can get your car to go that fast in traffic.

65 in PA, what a joke. All across America, speed limits are set artificially low so states and municipalities can generate extra revenue. I feel bad for the states where there are speed enforcement cameras -- which are being challenged in court because a human being never even sees the ticket before it issued!

If you don't mind me getting on a soapbox about this, everyone should consider joining the National Motorist's Association (www.nma.org) if you value your freedom as a motorist. Black boxes in cars, red light cameras, selective enforcement, traffic courts that don't give defendants a fair shot at an acquittal...it sucks out there to be a car nut lately.

65 in KY.

I will say this. I absolutely hated driving through NY. Some of the toll roads there, they actually time you from toll booth to toll booth and give you a ticket based on the amount of time you took to get there. If anyone has found a way to argue against math, let me know.
