Getting ready to head out to Jr.'s basketball game. So far 1-0 in the X-mas tournament. Hopefully, we will make it 2-0 today and head to the tourney finals on Sunday. If we win, could be a celebretory Ashton VSG, if not, it could be consolatory.

Trying to decide whether to smoke a cigar, first, or go the market and get some coffee and wine. Hmmm, s'pose I could smoke a cigar, go the market and get some coffee and wine, and then smoke another cigar!

Sitting in my gray, windowless office writing a brochure for a dental restorative material. Exciting, huh? Hard to believe I might try to distract myself by surfing the web. T minus 75 to a Tatuaje Unico.

Them stray pu**y cats can reak havoc on the big boys can't they !

I may be wrong but you might want to check with a vet, I think cats can cary rabies. Or do you have to be bitten to be infected as I imagine it was claw scratches?

Already took care of that. Vet said the only disease that COULD be worrisome is rabies, but my boy's up to date on everything, so it's ok. I do need to keep the wounds clean and keep an eye on it to make sure it's not getting infected. Thanks for the advice, though.

I don't know what was more amazing-the whoopin' the cat laid down, or the fact that my dogs never ONCE tried to bite the dang cat! Not even when the cat was doing it's best impression of that spider thing in Alien on my dog's face.

Cher...dat's a lot of gumbo yea!

I left out the andouille this time, but it was great anyway. The trick for me is the stock. I make a seafood stock out of the crab and shrimp shells and boil it for a few hours. Killer!

Anyone who goes to the trouble to cook a big pot of gumbo is okay in my book!

Watching a progam on Whiskey, Burbon and Scotch on the History channel. Interesting to see how different brands use different methods of distilling.
