I'll just give you one simple and recent example that pretty much sums up all the 8 years of Bush. A couple of weeks ago Bush was in the region celebrating Israel's 60th "independence day" (Independence from whom I don't know, but whatever) his speech in the Kennesset was a perfect example of his biblical evangelical east Texas religious neo conservative nutjobbery (pardon me if that term doesn't exist). He was more like a preacher in a latter day saints church than a politician and a president in a friendly nation's parliament. His speech didn't just show how biased he is towards Israel, but he backpedaled in all the promises he made to the Palestinians about creating their state before the end of 2008.

Now think about a guy like Mahmoud Abbas, who is called a "moderate" by the American standards and who has given everything he can give and more in order to be flexible in the negotiations, yet he got NOTHING. The occupation still persists, the settlements are still being built on Palestinian land everyday and the wall still tears up Palestinian villages and cities.

How can Mahmoud Abbas look to his people and tell them that the USA is an honest neutral party working for peace and agreement when it is perfectly clear that Bush is more extremist than the most extremist Zionists.

Then he left Israel and came here in Egypt, to Sharm al Sheik, for the useless Davos meeting, and in all arrogance and lack of protocol he comes late into the hall missing Mubarak's and Abdullah's (of Jordan) speeches (on purpose), the result was when he started his word, Mubarak and Abudllah left the hall and didn't stay to hear it. And these are supposed to be two of his strongest allies in the region.

Even more, when he started his word, he totally ignored the main issues like the famine the world is on the edge of, the middle east peace process and the situation in Iraq and instead kept giving lessons to the region on "human rights" and "democracy". Well guess what Bush, we don't want to hear your lessons, keep them to yourself.

As much as I dislike Mubarak and Abdullah of Jordan (whom I consider a traitor, a son of a traitor and a grandchild of a traitor) I applauded their decision to leave the hall before Bush started his word. Even better, Mubarak did not accompany Bush to the airport when he was leaving like the protocol entitles, instead, Bush just left alone.

This is a very small example of how Bush has made the United States the most hated country in the world, and certainly it doesn't deserve to be.

Sorry, I should have specified, but I meant examples of domestic policies. Could you please provide examples of domestic policies that most Amercians "don't cherish". I already know how you feel about Bush's foreign policies.

I will be honest with you and tell you that no, I am not very insightful of the points a lot of American take against Bush in regards to his domestic policies, as I am usually interested in American policies that only affect me.

But like you said, I can read the press and see the media, and the polls aren't in his favor either. But I will admit I am not knowledgeable in this area.

Now look here you mister, the only hand that feeds me is my hand and my family's. You do not feed me and I do not take my food from anybody. So you either stop that tone of yours that stinks of arrogance and bigotry, or else I will be forced to report your repeated insults to the forum's admin. My family has worked hard for every single penny we own, we did not take anything from your tax payer's money and we certainly don't need it.

Respect yourself if you want others to respect you. Know who you are talking to and find proper words to say. This tone is disgusting and I will not be tolerating it anymore. If you have something objective to say concerning the issues we are discussing then say it and I will reply respectfully (like KKL), that or just keep your insults, bigotry and arrogance to yourself.

He's definitely going to make some huge cuts. I think Presley posted a video of him illustrating this. This is probably the number one reason I cannot vote for him.

I don't think Obama would make all that many cuts in the military budget. **But I wish that he would, starting out with getting out of Iraq within about 2 years would save at least $6 Billion a month.

A lot of the military budget is unnecessary. At the same time, some parts of the military budget are very underfunded. We must take care of the men and women who have medical or psychological injuries. Everyone who serves in our military should also be given funds to assist with a college or other vocational education, etc., etc.

From this moment onwards I am not replying to any of your posts after you showed how low you can hit. I am not even going to read your posts.

You're showing just how little you know once again. First, what happens when we abandon Iraq and there is a humanitarian crisis? How much will it cost to move all U.S. assets back into the region? Far more than it costs to keep them there. Secondly, all U.S. active duty military get 100% tuition assistance, so they do go to school for free, if they choose.

This is Bob Dole, part 2. And now he has to spend the next few months reminding us of the maverick senator from Arizona--the guy who thought, correctly, that Jerry Falwell was a dangerous nutcase--without completely alienating those on the far right--the 5% of the population that finds Dick Cheney loveable, but isn't Lynne Cheney. Good luck with that.
