Great contribution to the discussion. Now go on a rant about how Republicans screwed us the last 8 years and how stupid that liar Bush is. Roll Eyes

Talk about "Ignorant" Geeze Sheep. I cannot wait until the Fall when Obama soundly defeats Mc Cain. I am just wondering what you excuses will be. Mc Cain doesn't have a prayer. Bush and the republicans sealed his fate with 8 years of total incompetence, corruption and wild spending. Now we have a Genuinely good man, intelligent, lived the American dream working his way from poverty though college and dedicated to helping others his whole life, and communicates like no other candidate before him. He is going to absolutely crush Mc Cain in debates. If you can't see that are in for a rude awakening.

I can't wait, if indeed it is true. It will expose the frauds for who they are.

Even if the tape never surfaces Obama is still done. When he distanced himself from the church last week. He lost that how shall i put it that militant vote. Mc Cain is the only logical Candidate he is a war hero. Those who make fun of his age smile etc.Are just disrespectful and ignorant. And unlike Obama has no skeleton's in his closet nor anyone to distance himself from. He will however distance himself from Obama during the election when the votes are tallied. He will leave Obama Osama whatever his name really is in the dust.

Few things are larger than this man's ego. We need Obama to create jobs? Unemployment is 5%! Obama is going to help us care for the sick? We haven't been doing that all along?
Obama is going to bring the oceans back to their normal level? WTF? Restore our image as the last, great hope on earth? What are we now?

This man is an egomaniacal nut.

What exactly about his post is clueless? For once, would you answer a direct question please?

Because every time you post in a politcal thread, you say the same thing and add absolutely nothing to the discussion. It's people like you that actually hurt the liberal argument. You go on rants making accusations without a hint of support for your claims.

Campaign oratory is just that. Sen. Obama speaking last night was a victory speech for winning the Democratic nomination, and at the same time, it was the beginning of the real campaign.

Speeches in last night's context aren't full of specific policy ideas, nor are they supposed to be -- Sen. McCain's certainly wasn't. There will be other venues for that. They're meant to inspire and energize, to stoke the imagination and generate visions of an even greater America, to get people to pay attention, to bring them into his circle at least for a listen. Whether or not they stay there through November will be up to him, his specific plans and whether we buy into them, and how well he conducts his campaign. But the best campaign speeches compel the listeners to want to hear more about what he has to say and what are his specific, practical plans for change.

That's what all politicians running for office hope for. Of course we're going to want to get down to specifics, to real, implementable plans going forward from this point. But for now, his eloquence certainly predisposes a lot of people in his favor.

I'm clueless? Are you serious, you don't even know how to properly write McCain? BTW...There is no space between the Mc and Cain...wow, you're smart! That tells us how well read and how educated you are.

Jack, you never get it do you?
It's not just what he (Obama) said he'd do, it's what he implied we haven't been doing.

Just look at Bush's polls. Certainly McCain is not Bush, but there is no getting around the fact that McCain would have a lot of "baggage" by merely endorsing most of Bush's policies.

I feel the same way. America is tired of the nonsense from the conservative camp, and McCain has no chance as a result.

Of course not, you're an idealist. Wink

Once again, I see jeebus is showing his education level.

Who are these "most people"??

John McCain is running on an already failed administration's policies. I respect the man for not changing his views and remaining solid even with all the criticism against the Bush administration, but this simply won't get him elected in November. Neo conservatives have ruined the United States relations with most of the world, it's about time someone fixes the mess, and it's gonna be a tough job.
