I was with a friend from work celebrating a promotion when the owner threw my tab on the table and said "your done here". I asked him why and he said that I had thrown up all over the bathroom. I had only had about 4 beers at the time and was eating from the buffet during while drinking. The owner said that the rent a cop for the building told him that she had seen me come out of the restroom when the mess was made and that I had done it. I told him that I was not intoxicated and she was mistaken. We than went to the rent a cop and she confirmed that it was me that made the mess. I was in a no win position so I said I would pay and leave. An A-hole bartender with the ponytail basically told my to F-off when he saw my Fraternal Order of Police shirt and added $20 to my tab. If I didnt pay the bill they could have called the police and put me in a akward no win situation, so I paid the tab and left.

Be advised that this place is not friendly to members of the Law Enforcement community, and they will impose their will against you if they wish. I was very reasonable with all the people involved and never raised my voice. The owner and the bartender were the aggressors during the entire incident. This is a shame due to the fact that it is one of the only smoker friendly establishments in Dallas. They even sell a selection of dog rockets in a glass case sitting on the bar.

...Sounds to me like they need a lot of police protection in their parking lot every evening for a while....
.....might even have an effect on their business.....

Sorry to hear about that Dave. I probably would have taken them up on their offer to call PD. Would have been nice to hear them try and explain to the on duty LEO why I was being kicked out, and the $20 overage on the bill. Have you or any other LEO's had any other trouble with this place before? Guess it's safe to say you won't be back huh? That's a shame!

While I neither have any great like or dislike to LE agents, I have to say that that kind of treatment is BS.

Sounds like the bar really has a real problem with that security guard. For one, being a woman and not allowed to enter the Mens room how could she even know when the alleged puking happened? Most likely the guy that caused is the one that reported it so it would look like the guy before him did it.

Very circumstantial. And then theres the fact that if it was messy enough to be all over the bathroom, wouldn't it be logical that some would have gotten on the perp? Not to mention that after you ralph your eyes and nose get all runny, a telltale sign.

Sounds like anti-police bias. Anyhow no-one deserve to be treated like that.

BTW I thought the idea of putting a patrol car in the lot wasa great idea. Talk about a deterrent, if I saw that car there I'd pass on that bar and find another.

I did some research and found that the owner had a beef with the transit cops recently. I have started my reign of terror as we speak. I called the TABC (Texas alcoholic beverage commission) with a complaint that they can investigate. I also saw a patron order a bowl of soup to go and the bartender turned around and dipped it out of a plastic bucket next to the register and popped it into the microwave. I am betting that may be something the city health inspector could look into. I am usually easy going until provoked. After my integrity is attacked like that I will do everything within my power to F**k them to their knees.
