So who’s going camping this weekend? I’m heading down to Chenango Valley State Park, NY on Friday. I’ll be there all weekend and come back home on Monday. We do this every Memorial Day; it’s pretty much a tradition now.
This year we got 3 camp sites for a total of 13-15 friends. If anyone else is headed to Chenango just look for the big plumes of cigar smoke and you’ll find us. It’s going to be a crazy weekend. Wink

I'm not going camping. However, I am going to spend Memorial Day weekend casting spells on the voodoo doll of my research professor who wants a copy of the rough draft of my paper by next Tuesday Mad

Work sucks.

The guys from my local shop are having a big BBQ and a lot of good cigars on Monday. Just picked out the house I think my fiancee and I are going to have built and maybe its time to fire up an Opus or five...I'm pretty darn excited-it's our first house!

My wife has all sorts of "household" activities planned. Mostly yard work. However the forecast is for rain most of the weekend. So I will probably need to just sit on the back porch with a couple of good books, good cigars, a few adult beverages and a steak or two!

I have some family that'll be out at the beach this weekend so I'll probably go spend one day out with them and BBQ in the evening.

Congrats on the house. Where is it (I mean specifically)? Since I moved away from the Denver area in 1987 it'll probably be in what was then the middle of nowhere. Roll Eyes

I'm on call this weekend, so I'll be sticking pretty close to home, might try to include a cigar or 3. Maybe the weather will break long enough for me to get the pool opened up.

The house is going to be built in Firestone, CO. Firestone is half way in between Ft. Collins and Denver in Weld county. The area is growing really fast and the homes are really nice. Its around 1800 sq ft and will be ready to close on in DEC. So its gonna be a wounderful Christmas.

I am glad I have been stocking up on boxes of my fav smokes-b/c I am going to be relagated to buying just singles for a while it help save for the casa.

Thanks for the warm wishes everyone.

I think Firestone was in the middle of farmland when I lived there. Enjoy your new house. Smile
