This morning, I was helping my son study for his 4th grade test. The question was:
"What island is directly south of Florida?"

The bonus question was:
"What is its capital?"

No discussion of exports, though. Wink

I understand that Bush would like to have it removed from all maps and geography books.

Ding Ding Ding! The Man wins the prize! totally correct. The Keys are definitely not part of Florida...Most of the residents will swear to you that they are not part of the US (unless they want to collect Hurricane relief).

The Conch Republic has their own Flag, Passports , and even Patron Saint (Jimmy Buffet). People keep arguing about the National Anthem though. The fight is usually between "Margaritaville" and "Cheeseburger in Paradise"

The other island further South does not really exist....kind of like Crop Circles.....it's a figment of map-maker's imaginations. Everything from there is illegal and does not really exist (it's all fake anyway).....The Government told be so.
