Let's get it on!!!!!!!

Forget the contrived championship of college football and whole the reason-be-dmaned bowl system, just give me some straight man versus man mayhem anyday. I don't mean Don King and the alphabet soup organizations either. I'm talking UFC time baby. If you're not an MMA fan then you don't know what you're missing.

My official pick is Ortiz to stop Lidell in round 4.

Let the drinking and revelry begin right NOW.

Gotta go with the Iceman. Hard to take down and can "one hit" you at any time.
But just hope for a good fight.

That fight was great! The ice man froze Tito to 15 deg below and broke his ass in a thousand pieces! LOL !

Yeah, I was disappointed Ortiz lost, but Chuck is a great fighter not many guys could even last 3 minutes with, let alone three rounds. The fight was indeed a great fight and was exactly the type of title fight needed to close out the year.

Overall the whole card was a good one. McDonald putting Leben to sleep with the choke and Gonzaga choking Carmello were sick submissions, just textbook. Arlovski basically knocking out Cruz while he was sitting on his own ass was just an awesome display of speed and power.

2007 will be great. By June look for Lidell v. Rampage Jackson and for Tim Sylvia v. Cro Cop.

You got that right!! I loved every minute of it! But Tito got way to much microphone time afterwards. I don't want to hear him tell me how long he's going to be around, and who gives a sh*t where the loser is partying??

And how about the Griffin vs. Jardine fight? That surprised me. I wanted Griffin to win, but Jardine just rocked him.

Who knew that Griffin would act like a little bitch and run crying back to his room after he got beat. He could have shown some class like Tito did and congratulate the winner and be a man, but no, he cried like a newborn baby and ran to mommy. I've been watching MMA fights since the first UFC and that is the first time I can remember a fighter crying like a little bitch.

Tim Sylvia AND Chuck Lidell should be looking for a way to abandon their titles, cause Sylvia won't last 40 seconds with Mirko Fillipovic. Then he will drop down to 205 and dessimate Chuck Liddel. The UFC has never seen a fighter the likes of Fillipovic. If you have followed K1 or Pride, you know whats up. Cro-Cop will make the UFC look like the WWE joke that it is.

Cro Cop is the man and should rule the HW division until Fedor bores of the pathetic fights in BoDog and signs witht eh UFC once Prides is no longer a viable entity due to the Yakuza scandal. Cro Cop will never drop to 205. Why would he? Rampage will beat the ish out of Lidell AGAIN which will force the aging Lidell to the HW ranks will Mirko will punt his head into the rafters of whatever arena they fight in.
