I don't have any uparmored Humvees lying around, but I do have plenty of premium smokes to donate. Anyone in the military know how to go about donating cigars to overseas American troops?
I'd be happy for any help or advice.

Wow, how weird. I just emailed a friend of mine who's son is shipping out next week for Irag. He just finished his sniper training and has been promoted accordingly. He's a young man, like most, but I sure bet a nice stash of cigars for him and his bud's would be most welcomed. I asked his mom for his address and for permission do ship him a care package. Of course I didn't tell her what I'd be sending...she has enough to worry about already...lol.
I plan on shipping a care package to him (I'd don't know him, just his mom) in a couple of weeks when he arrives.
I think it's a terrific gesture as well as a moral booster for these young, brave men. If I can provide you with more info, just let me know. I'm sure he has some buddies that would also like a care package.
my brother in law is in afganistan right now and I'm sure he would love it if someone would send him some cigars. If you would like to, e-mail me and I will give you his information and tell you how to go about shipping them. I know smoking cigars helps him take his mind off some of the stuff he see everyday.
I have several friends in Iraq right now ( EOD) and regularly send them cigars. They say nothing helps them relax like lighting one up at base and watching the sunset. BTW one of them said yiou can buy cubans at the airport. How funny is that!

I just checked out the site and contacted the web master. Indeed, cigars are not only permissible to send, but are encouraged.
The way it works is that you select an individual soldier from their list. Go to the "where to send" tab, then go to the search and type in "cigars." (Note, if you type "cigar" as in singular, it will bring up countless requests for cigarettes. "cigars" plural helps you narrow the search.)
Just select a soldier and follow the instructions.
Hey, they're not going to be on their back porches, sipping a beer, and smoking a cigar anytime soon. So let's help them out with at least one part of that.

Last year we had a sniper group we were sending stuff to. I got a letter back from one of them that said they save the cigars for those 'special occasions.' So we sent them a box of 50 Hoyo Robustos and wished them many 'special occasions.'
