As my cigar skills have advanced, I have developed the below rhythm for the actual smoking. Please post any differences as what I do may not be ideal. Thanks in advance.
Once cigar is burning well (arguably a rhythm in and of itself)...
1) Fill lungs 3/4 with fresh air. 2) Draw a mouthful of smoke and let it swirl around and into the nasal cavity. 3) Slowly exhale air from step 1 letting some through the nose for enhanced flavor. 3) Wait about 30 seconds as I ponder the last draw, drink beverage if applicable, and start over at step 1.

Relax and forget about steps 1 through 3.
